# 老師開課量及學員到課

可以透過下載報表以及線上即時查看的兩種方式來得知老師開課量及學員到課狀態，以下分別說明。

### **📍下載報表步驟**

1. **位置：**在後台左側 [**「報表管理」 →  點選 「預約報表」 →  「預約明細報表」**](https://console.bookfastpos.com/ft/reports/schedule)
2. **匯出報表**

* 在 「格式與內容」 選擇 「簽到用」

4. **取得報表後，即可找到授課老師、到課狀態**

* 可在 「授課老師」 欄位篩選其中一位老師，即會列出此老師的課程及學員到課狀態
* 若找不到該欄位，可直接在頁面搜尋 「授課老師」、「到課狀態」

* 未到課 → 學員有約課，但未簽到
* 到課 → 學員有約課，且已簽到

### **📍線上即時查看**

1. 前往[新預約列表](https://new.console.bookfastpos.com/bookingList)

* 「篩選未簽到」 即可知道哪些學員漏簽到或爽約

2. 前往[新開課列表](https://new.console.bookfastpos.com/schedules)

* 「搜尋老師名稱」 可快速掌握老師開課的報名量，點「名額」 也可得知簽到狀態
* 藉此得知是否有報名量不足需停課的情形、也可控管每堂學員出席狀況
