# 近期未約課/票券快到期/ 未儲值的會員

### 📍查詢即將到期的票券

1. **位置：**在後台左側選單 [「報表管理」 → 點選 「再行銷會員名單」  ](https://console.bookfastpos.com/ft/reports/advanced)
2. **匯出報表**

* 在第四個篩選器選擇 「多少天以內」 要到期的票券，可以輸入數字或下拉選單進行選擇

3. **取得報表後，即可找到票券快到期的會員名單**

### 📍查詢從來沒有購買過任何票券的會員

1. **位置：**&#x5728;後台左側選單[ 「報表管理」 → 點選 「會籍權益查詢」 → 上方選擇 「儲值票券查詢」 → 「未持有儲值票券」](https://console.bookfastpos.com/ft/reports/memberSearch/point)
2. **匯出報表**
3. **取得報表後，即可獲得無成功儲值紀錄的會員名單**

### **📍查詢尚未儲值過任何通行卡的會員**

1. **位置：**&#x5728;後台左側選單 [「報表管理」 → 點選 「會籍權益查詢」 → 上方選擇 「通行卡查詢」 → 「未持有通行卡」](https://console.bookfastpos.com/ft/reports/memberSearch/passcard)
2. **匯出報表**
3. **取得報表後，即可找到無任何通行卡的會員名單**

### **📍查詢某個時間點後未繼續預約課程的會員**

1. **位置：**&#x5728;後台左側選單 [「報表管理」 → 點選 「再行銷會員名單」 ](https://console.bookfastpos.com/ft/reports/advanced)
2. **匯出報表：**

* 在第一個篩選器選取想要查詢的特定時間
