# 新訂單成立時，主動通知店家及會員

### 訂單成立 Email 有什麼？

1. 包含本次結帳商品明細、購買人資料；如您有[「啟用電子合約功能」](https://new.console.bookfastpos.com/e-contract-settings)，合約會夾帶在內，讓會員留存
2. 從後台、EC 品牌電商 、Web 品牌預約網站的商品，只要是「儲值票券、通行卡、分鐘卡、線上金流購課、線上金流買期班」，都會產生購買成功通知信，僅零售商品結帳不會產生。

### 讓您的管理員收到 Email

1. 操作此頁面需有權限：於後台[權限管理 -> 角色與權限](https://console.bookfastpos.com/ft/employee/roles)，在一般設定勾選「自動化提醒」
2. 操作位置：後台[左側選單 -> 系統設定 -> 自動化提醒](https://new.console.bookfastpos.com/setting/general-settings/automated-notification?store=master)
3. 指定收件人：於 Email 收件人設定，預設每間店有1個通知名額，如需增加請洽BookFast LINE 客服加購
4. 開啟「提醒列表」的開關，即可收到提醒。目前僅支援後台操作開關，品牌電商、Web 品牌預約網站一率發送

### 讓會員收到 Email

1. 只要會員資料有填 Email 即可寄送，無論會員是否完成 Email 驗證
2. EC 品牌電商 、Web 品牌預約網站一律發送，不支援開關
3. 後台結帳：可於結帳時設定是否寄送，因此若特定情境如補點數給會員，不想通知會員可設為關閉
