# 有新報名者，自動通知店家

當您開設人數較少的課程（e.g. 教練課、精品小班），課程的開課與否會受到報名情況的影響，因此您需要隨時掌握新的報名或取消預約情況，以及時安排名額遞補、停課，或加強行銷。

這時，BookFast 系統的「報名通知」功能就派上用場了！

<mark style="background-color:yellow;">只要有人報名或取消預約，系統會即時寄送 Email 通知授課老師</mark>、及其他您指定的收件人（例：店長、主管）。

設定方式如下：

## 一、後台設置入口

進入後台 ➡️「**設定**」➡️「**系統設定**」➡️[「**自動化提醒**」](https://new.console.bookfastpos.com/setting/general-settings/automated-notification?store=J2PngyGRLM)

## 二、設定**收件人及提醒事項**

### **1. 編輯收件人**

* 指定收件人：指定收件 Email。預設為 1 組，需增加請聯繫我們
* 指定老師收到：請至[老師清單](https://console.bookfastpos.com/ft/teachers) > 編輯老師資料新增 Email

### **2. 如何收到信？**

此功能主要在課程有新的報名、取消預約時，會自動寄送 Email 給收件人

1. 若開啟「**通知收件人**」，全館課程上述情況變動，系統會通知您自訂的收件人。
2. 若開啟「**通知授課老師**」，只要授課老師有填寫 Email，該老師開的課有報名人數變動，系統即寄送通知。若有代課，將改為通知代課老師。

### **3. 信件內容**

您能直接在信件標題掌握有新的預約或取消預約、課程、學生資訊。

## 💡 注意事項

1. **若有開通多店**，**僅總部模式可操作**

若您有開通**多店模組**，請在總部模式操作此功能頁面。

2. **權限編輯**

操作人員需擁有「自動化提醒」權限才可以編輯此功能。

若無權限，請至「後台」➡️[「人員管理」](https://console.bookfastpos.com/ft/employee/roles)➡️「角色清單」➡️「編輯角色」，勾選「自動化提醒」以開啟權限。
