# 電子發票兌獎方式

* 紙本證明聯：會員自行持證明聯至財政部公告的實體通路兑獎。
* 手機條碼載具 / 自然人憑證載具 / 已歸戶載具：
  * 有在[財政部電子發票整合服務平台](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/)的消費者頁面設定領獎帳戶：開獎日次月 6 日自動匯入指定帳戶（遇例假日順延工作日）
  * 無設定領獎帳戶：開獎日次月 6 日後，使用[統一發票對獎 APP](https://www.ntbt.gov.tw/multiplehtml/d7d124569cf04124ae5a042b4d9f16f7) 點擊「我要領獎」 > 按下「領獎」 > 24H 自動入帳
* 信用卡、電子票證：使用[統一發票對獎 APP](https://www.ntbt.gov.tw/multiplehtml/d7d124569cf04124ae5a042b4d9f16f7) > 點擊「載具歸戶」 > 點擊「我要領獎」 
* 會員載具：請於全家 FamiPort 列印中獎發票來兌獎，順著流程即可印出兌獎證明聯。如需輸入廠商代號，請輸入**「F75001」**。[詳細流程可參考此網址](http://event.family.com.tw/2016_invoice/invoice.html)。

#### 常見問題

1. 在全家 FamiPort 查詢不到中獎發票，可能原因如下：

* 財政部尚未公佈中獎清冊： 財政部於單月份29日公布中獎清冊，會員才可查到載具發票的中獎資訊。
* 已歸戶且已設定獎金匯款帳戶： 若開獎日前(單月份25日) 已在[財政部電子發票整合服務平台](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/)設定中獎匯款帳戶，將無法在FamiPort 機台上查詢到發票，會於開獎日次月 6 日自動匯入指定帳戶。

2. 紙本證明聯遺失，可以兌獎嗎？根據政府規定，為維持兌獎之唯一性，已列印出的紙本發票、電子發票證明聯或是手機條碼/會員載具裡的發票中獎，列印出紙本後不慎遺失，都無法再次列印，亦無法兌換獎金。
