# 解約注意事項

1. 空白字軌：如您在單數月1號\~6號停用系統，加值中心將不代為上傳前期空白字軌，請記得於[財政部電子發票整合服務平台](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/)自行上傳。
2. 營業稅申報：如您在單數月 15 號之後停用系統，請記得於 15 號前於加值中心下載申報檔以利營業稅申報。如您在 15 號前停用系統，在[財政部電子發票整合服務平台](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/)下載申報檔報稅，路徑：登入財政部電子發票整合服務平台 > 營業人功能選單 > 媒體申報檔下載

3. 申報檔下載：在委任期間，本加值中心支援查詢貴司前一期的申報檔，停用系統後不另提供查詢服務或檔案。但您曾透過本加值中心開立的發票系統將保留 5 年，如需調閱請聯繫 BookFast 官方客服 LINE，此為付費服務。
4. 折讓證明：因本加值中心折讓均使用「紙本折讓」，請妥善保存實際折讓單據，系統不另行提供其餘佐證。
