# 字軌不足增加字軌

### 📍字軌不足增加字軌

無字軌期間 BookFast 管理系統依然可成立訂單，但會發生漏未開發票的情形，為後續補開發票給會員，建議於未開發票期間搜集會員希望的開立方式（存於手機載具、自然人憑證或 Email），按以下步驟補足字軌，以補開發票。

1. **先於財政部網站填寫字軌增減申請表，財政部將於 5 個工作天內完成作業並 Email 通知（**※ 如非常緊急，可致電您營業地址負責的[財政部稽徵所](https://www.ntbt.gov.tw/singlehtml/2e355f46119c4bbea512447b299c4d59?cntId=84c23c1909be40ee81b160063a052c33)尋求協助，有機會比較快。）

* [申請網址](https://einvoicetest.uicpayment.com.tw/TicketTrackInsert)：填寫統一編號、PIN碼和驗證碼，並準備好工商憑證和讀卡機，按登入。
* 完成填寫申請表：

需要增加多少本的估算方式：抓一週開立張數，計算本期尚有幾週或幾天以此推算最少開立數，額外加上 2\~4 本作為安全值。

2. **收到字軌增加成功的 Email 後，請於**[**財政部電子發票整合服務平台**](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/)**取號**

成功通知信如下：若未申請成功，請洽財政部辦理窗口。

於[財政部電子發票整合服務平台以](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/)[「營業人」](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/)登入 > 於左側目錄點「電子發票字軌號碼取號」 > 在頁面頂部點&#x64CA;**「取號」頁籤** >  於頁面中設定要增加字軌&#x7684;**「發票期別」**、設&#x5B9A;**「增加本數」**（1本為50個字軌） > 點&#x64CA;**「提交取號」，並將跳出來的視窗都按確認。**

取號需要 2 個小時，請在時間過後至同頁面的頂部點&#x64CA;**「取號結果」頁籤** ，若取號成功可看到最下方會多出一行字軌，請記住字軌名稱、發票起訖號。

3. **於 BookFast 加值中心「手動匯入字軌」並批次補開發票**

* 匯入字軌位置：在[此頁](https://einvoice.uicpayment.com.tw/TicketTrackInsert)點擊「手動匯入」，輸入字軌名稱、發票起訖號來匯入。完成即代表補充字軌完成，可以正常開立發票了。
