# 開立發票功能暫時故障的配套

## 如在加值中心尚有字軌

1. 在 BookFast 後台結帳時若系統顯示「發票開立失敗」，請通知我們。
2. 在故障期間，請一律開雲端發票，系統會接到需求，待故障排除後，雲端發票會自動開立成功，您無需其他動作，敬請放心。

## 如在加值中心已無字軌

1. 為後續補開發票給會員，建議於未開發票期間搜集會員 Email，待補完字軌即可補開雲端發票給會員。或告知會員下次入場時可向您索取紙本發票。
2. **如您使用「BookFast 加值中心」請參照以下方式：**
