使用情境：

* 買自主訓練會籍送團課
* 買10堂送300點紅利
* 買自主訓練點數卡400點送100點

* 贈品效期與主方案同步，主方案退費時可一併註銷
* 優惠券在報表認列價值為 0，若希望有價認列，請勿用贈送功能。直接將贈品額度包在方案中。如12堂定10堂的價格
* 各類型案贈送優惠券的規定：
