# 餘額不足禁止出場

讓系統控管場內分鐘卡餘額不夠的會員，需補錢才可出場

1. **位置：**後台左側選單 「設定」 → 方案設定 → [分鐘計費卡 → 欠款設定](https://new.console.bookfastpos.com/project-setting/timing-card?store=poZROM1nNY)
2. **視窗選項差異：**

* **禁止出場：**
  * 顧客分鐘卡餘額不夠支付場內停留時間，將被阻擋在場內不得出場。系統會引導顧客購買分鐘卡方案，方案啟用方式務必選擇「加值後立即啟用」，客人即可補足出場點數
  * 不會造成呆帳，推薦使用
* **可出場：**
  * 顧客可「欠款」出場，分鐘卡將呈現負值，下次進場時才會阻擋欠款客人補款否則不得進場（如捷運做法），有呆帳風險
  * 負值狀態如何消除？依據後續儲值點數選的啟用方式：
    * 「首次進場才啟用」：欠款不會即時扣除，在下次進場時才會連帶扣除欠款
    * 「指定啟用日」：欠款不會即時扣除，指定日才可使用並即時扣除欠款
    * 「加值後立即啟用」：欠款會即時扣除欠款
